Master Cleanse and Isopod Flush

Master Cleanse and Isopod Flush Recipe

For years, people have found much relief in the master cleanse. Only until recently has

it included a flush at the end of the fast. Though it was practiced by ancients, only until very recently were more people seeing the benefits of an isopod flush.

Ingredients for the Master Cleanse and Isopod Flush Recipe

  • Live Isopods
  • Pure Filtered Water
  • Pure Maple Syrup
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Lemons
  • Sea salt

The Master Cleanse works just how it sounds; you consume primarily lemonade for the entire time you’re on the diet. So the recipes for the diet itself are fairly simple. You should drink a minimum of 60 oz of lemonade a day, but can drink more if you like. You can also drink as much water as you want. I suggest you consume your body weight in ounces of water.

  • 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon Juice (about 1/2 a Lemon)
  • 2 Tablespoons of pure maple syrup
  • 1/10 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder
  • Ten ounces of filtered water

Isopod Flush

At the end of your master cleanse fast, now is when you follow up with isopod flush

  • 1 teaspoon of unrefined non-iodized sea salt
  • 25-35 ounces of water
  • 1/2 cup of live isopods

Taking live isopods with a salt water solution will speed up the detoxing process, and help your body eliminate waste.

I prefer homegrown organic isopods. These are ideal for cleaning the colonic tract without the harmful effects of colonics and enemas.

Have saltwater solution ready, add the live isopods, stir quickly, and drink promptly. I will stress that the isopod solution needs to be consumed quickly. That is when many have problems. The isopods will start crawling out of the solution if you do not drink it immediately.

It’s best to use the live isopods and salt water 2 times a day. I’ve found it is best for me to do the flush on the weekend because it is easier to keep live isopods close by. I’ve also found it best to take them in the morning and before I go to bed.

Also, I advise you give yourself at least an hour and a half before you go out when you do this. The isopods will work fast, and you will discover why you should probably be at home near a bathroom when you take them. When you consume the isopods, they will remain alive for a relatively short time, but during that time they will do a great job of cleaning your complete GI system. You can even feel them moving and cleaning inside you. They are known to be able to consume harmful chemicals and work well to process and metabolize them.  In addition, the shape and structure of isopod shells are ideal in scraping impurities from your intestines and colon.

Happy cleansing!
